Anionic Polyacrylamide Flocculant Used In Municipal Sewage Clarification Treatment
Polyacrylamide is abbreviated as PAM. It is a water-soluble polymer linear polymer. According to its ionic characteristics, it can be divided into four types: anionic, cationic, non-ionic and zwitterionic. It is insoluble in most organic solvents, has good flocculation performance, and can reduce the frictional resistance between liquids. Polyacrylamide and its derivatives can be used as effective flocculants, thickeners, paper-making enhancers and liquid drag reducers, and are widely used in water treatment, papermaking, petroleum, coal, mining and metallurgical geology, light textiles, construction and other industrial fields .

Instructions for use of polyacrylamide:
1. When using, prepare an aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.1-0.3‰, and use neutral water without salt impurities.
2. When dissolving, evenly sprinkle this series of products into the stirring water, the stirring speed is controlled at 100-300RPM, and proper heating (<60℃) can accelerate the dissolution.
3. Adjust the pH value of the liquid to be treated to make this series of products give full play to their effects (choose the best pH value and dosage of this series of products through experiments).
4. When adding the solution of this series of products, the mixing with the liquid to be treated should be accelerated. After the flocs appear, the stirring speed should be slowed down to facilitate the growth of the flocs and accelerate the sedimentation.
