Wastewater Treatment Chemicals Coagulant Yellow PAC 30%
Polyaluminum chloride (PAC) is an inorganic substance, a new type of water purification material, inorganic polymer coagulant, referred to as polyaluminum. It is a water-soluble inorganic polymer between AlCl3 and Al(OH)3. The general chemical formula is [Al2(OH)nCl6-n]m, where m represents the degree of polymerization and n represents the PAC product. neutral. n=1~5 is a highly charged polymeric ring chain with Keggin structure, which has a high degree of electrical neutralization and bridging effect on colloids and particles in water, and can strongly remove microtoxic substances and heavy metal ions, and has stable characteristics. The inspection method can be inspected according to the international GB 15892--2003 standard. Due to the bridging effect of hydroxide ions and the polymerization of polyvalent anions, the prepared polyaluminum chloride is an inorganic polymer water treatment agent with a large molecular weight and a high electric charge.
Polyaluminum chloride properties:
1. The purified water quality is better than that of aluminum sulfate flocculant, and the cost of purified water is 15-30% lower than that.
2. The formation of flocs is fast and the settling speed is fast, and the processing capacity is larger than that of traditional products such as aluminum sulfate.
3. The alkalinity of the consumed water is lower than that of various inorganic flocculants, so no or less alkaline agent can be added.
4. The suitable source water can be condensed in the range of PH5.0-9.0.
5. Low corrosiveness and good operating conditions.
6. The solubility is better than that of aluminum sulfate.
7. Less salt increase in the treated water, which is beneficial to ion exchange treatment and high-purity water production.
8. The adaptability to source water temperature is better than that of inorganic flocculants such as aluminum sulfate.
