The dissolution and use method of cationic polyacrylamide:
Polyacrylamide needs to be dissolved in clean water and then treated with a chemical solution to treat the sewage generated during the production process. Note that the dissolved chemical solution must be evenly mixed with the sewage, the effect will be better. The dosage of the liquid medicine needs to be adjusted and cannot be overdone at one time (the effect of overdose will not be very good).
1. When dissolving, choose clean water, such as tap water, rather than production sewage. Dissolve in water at room temperature without heating. When the water temperature is lower than 5°C, the dissolution will be very slow. Properly increasing the water temperature can accelerate the dissolution, but the water temperature should not exceed 40°C. It is recommended to dissolve in tap water at room temperature.
2. The recommended concentration of dissolved polyacrylamide is 0.1-0.3%, that is, add 1-3 grams of medicament to 1 liter of water. The concentration of the dissolving agent follows the following principles:
(1) Although the dispensing tank is small, but the dosage is large, the dispensing concentration can be appropriately increased, such as 0.3%, the normal high molecular weight polyacrylamide dissolved concentration is only 0.1%;
(2) It is recommended to dilute the concentration of the medicament to facilitate the full mixing of sewage and medicament;
3. When dissolving the drug, stir well until the drug is completely dissolved and there is no visible snowflake-like solid suspension in the drug solution. Control the dosage of the medicament, the completely dissolved medicament is transparent and colorless.
4. Do not use iron containers to prepare or store polyacrylamide solid medicines and solution medicines.
